An informal gathering of greyhound folks with their hounds in New York wine country. Participating wineries, distilleries and brew pubs will either waive or charge minimal tasting fees. And they can't wait to see the greyhounds! If you have never been to the Finger Lakes, this is a great opportunity and the scenery is just gorgeous. Blue Ridge Greyhound Adoption (BRGA) is a racing-neutral, non-profit greyhound adoption organization serving the entire Northern Virginia and adjacent areas east of the Blue Ridge Mountains. BRGA was founded in May, 2005 in Leesburg, Virginia. BRGA is dedicated to finding responsible, loving homes for retired racing greyhounds. Our goal is to promote public awareness about what excellent pets these elegant dogs make. We work closely with other greyhound adoption organizations to ensure that no retired racing greyhound is left behind.
